Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Hospital Cafeteria setting.
- Maintains adequate stocking of kitchen with appropriate ingredients.
- Follows IDPH and facility sanitation guidelines.
- Prepare and serve food to a high standard, adhering to dietary guidelines and regulations.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Hosptial Cafeteria environment.
- Strong food preparation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Food Service Handlers Certification (will assist with obtaining)
- High School Diploma
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
