Position Summary
Education
- Responsible for communication and routing of calls, overhead pages, monitoring the building system infrastructure alarm panels, notifying “on call” call teams, manages associated records/data collection, and processes STAT calls through the switchboard.

Role Specific Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and relay calls.
- Processes all notification of STAT code requests
- Monitors alarm systems including, but not limited to; 911 calls, emergency management radio system, fire alarm panels, emergency generator and medical gasses panels, paging system, panic alarms, and infant security alarms.
- Process all requests for first responder notifications
- Completes and maintains daily call logs.
- Operator II-Assist with training of new staff as requested.

- First Assist – CVOR

Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
