BARGAINING UNIT: MEA Administrators Unit
SALARY: Position is pending classification. Level 3 position starting range is $45,914.99 - $59,908.69. Level 4 position starting range is $55,214.87 - $72,042.91.

DESCRIPTION: This is a two year grant funded position that is responsible for the management of department grant documentation, reporting, purchasing, and quality assurance with a focus on meeting all grant targets and deliverables in accordance with federal, state and college policies. This position will work closely with the dean and associate dean of workforce development to communicate data needs, program outcomes, and grant documentation and act as a liaison to federal and state grant agencies. This position is responsible for communicating and collaborating with MCCS legal counsel. The position will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with the SMCC finance team and maintaining all pertinent funding documentation in a safe, secure way and according to clearly defined processes MCCS finance policies and federal grant regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Baccalaureate degree in business or related field and 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience in business, finance, purchasing and record keeping.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Evidence of customer service experience working in a team environment that requires a high level of communication with various stakeholders. Ability to read technical documents and interpret them for compliance with prescribed outcomes. Employee must have the ability to meet goals while working independently and the flexibility to work some nights and weekends.
