The Nicholasville Campus Student Leader serves Southland by assisting the Nicholasville Student team to reach lost and broken students within the campus's reach. Clear vision, communication ability, leadership, and management capacity are keys to success.

Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the Nicholasville Campus Student staff in the vision and strategy of the Student Ministry. The strategy includes:
- Clarity on the vision to reach lost and broken students.
- A drive to work outside the walls of the church and build focused experiences or environments when Students do gather at the church.
- Ensure the Nicholasville Student staff maximizes their impact through a localized strategy that effectively leverages staff, volunteer, and financial resources.
- Provide oversight and accountability in a way that inspires and focuses the team on meeting God where He is at work in students in South Lexington, Jessamine County, and the surrounding communities.
- Provide ongoing support for centrally executed trips, retreats, and events.
- Offer ongoing support for the collective needs of Student Ministries at other campuses as identified as the decentralized ministry model takes shape.

- An experienced leader with Student Ministry specific experience is preferred.
- A capacity to look ahead and anticipate the needs of the ministry and team to maximize effectiveness.

- Follows the lifestyle guardrails of Southland and conducts their personal life according to the teaching of the church.
