The individual should have understanding of both State and Federal Laws related to Nursing Home rehab. This position will also require assistance with treatments at sister homes when staffing needs occur.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in management and practice management within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of EMR and EHR systems, including HIPAA compliance
- Demonstrated fiscal management and budgeting skills
- Supervising experience in a hospital environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records
- Ability to deliver high-quality patient care while managing administrative tasks
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to medical standards.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting and financial management, to optimize resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain EMR and EHR systems to streamline patient documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with hospital administration to develop and improve practice management strategies.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
