Sovereign Healthcare Group is growing, and we would like you to join our team. We are currently hiring for a Regional Director of Operations. As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the clinical development and operational oversight of facilities in Missouri in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations. This position provides training, data analysis, patient care, and consultation to the facilities and teams within his/her area of responsibility. The Regional Director also monitors, consults, and makes effective recommendations for changes and modifications to existing facility processes, systems, policies, and practices. You must be willing to travel to multiple sites with the possibility with overnight stay based on distance to the facility.

Your direct reports:
- Director of Rehabilitation
- Area Rehab Director (If utilized within the territory assigned)
- Multi-Site Manager (if utilized within the territory assigned)
Responsibilities include:
- Provides consultation, training and support for assigned territory.
- Analyzes systems and processes to ensure compliance that federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures are followed.
- Works in conjunction with teams to resolve issues, endorse changes and conduct follow-ups to establish that recommendations are effectively implemented and monitored for appropriateness.
- Promotes compliance by performing periodic audits of assessments, supporting documentation, and other relevant data.
- Recruit and manage staff, providing direction and inspiring leadership, role modeling high performance and achieving company and regional business metrics.
- Oversee maintenance of billable set productivity margin, based on regional targets and drive region's revenue to meet monthly, quarterly targets, and yearly targets.
- Coordinate region's caseloads/referrals, training, and productivity management.
- Oversee implementation of and adherence to company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
- Current license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to complete the following activities safely, and at times, for prolonged periods: Standing: Maintaining an upright position on the feet, especially for prolonged periods of time.
- Pushing: Applying pressure and exerting force against an object for the purpose of moving it forward or away from the source of the force – push or pull force up to 35 lbs.
- Lifting: Raising an object from a lower to a higher position, or moving an object laterally, from position to position Required to lift up to 50 lbs. of force independently. May be required to lift over 50 lbs. with assistance of another person or a mechanical lift Stooping: Bending the body forward and down from the waist, hips and knees, sometimes for a prolonged length of time. Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction away from the body Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or moving surfaces
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
