The Business Administrative Analyst will provide business management support services.
Duties:
The Business Administrative Analyst will provide business management support services for Division supported to include:
- travel validation and coordination (DTS services)
- project management and workflow support (TMT)
- awards/events planning support
- coordination/reporting for manpower, personnel, and resourcing
- vault entry monitoring/visitor escort
- meeting support and coordination services
- division administration support, which can include briefing package development/coordination/assembly of materials and correspondence/calendar management
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative coordinator desired.
- Experience providing business administrative services to include project-based assigned work, coordination and working with senior leadership and staff members.
- Capability to arrange meetings, conference calls, and appointments as well as organizational capability and attention to detail.
- Ability to review and edit a variety of office documents to include Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook items as well as systems of record in use within the division/organization.
- Familiarity with Army Structure and processes highly desired.
Required Education:
- B.S/B.A. degree in a relevant discipline.
Required Experience:
- Two to Five (2-5) years of experience in a site lead/business administrative analyst role.
