Summary of job description:
- Revenue Management: Monitor your club’s revenue numbers closely, comparing them to previous months to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with upper management to strategize on increasing sales.
- Team Leadership: Ensure clear communication with your staff through diligent follow-up. Develop and communicate specific game plans for team members, especially on days when you’re not on-site.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze and refine existing strategies for membership generation and retention to maximize club growth and overall results.
- Performance Oversight: Evaluate your team’s productivity and outcomes, identifying any necessary modifications to enhance performance.
- Membership Generation: You will be expected to personally generate at least 100 memberships per month, contributing directly to the club's growth and success.
- Facility Walkthroughs: Conduct diligent walkthroughs of the club to identify and address any repair or maintenance needs. This includes monitoring restroom conditions, speaker quality, equipment availability, and overall cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of fitness club sales management experience. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply.
- Proven track record in managing a fitness facility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data
