Investment Banking Associate-Business Services & Industrials
Our client, a leading middle-market Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Associate to join their team focused on M&A and buy-side transactions within the Specialty Distribution & Services sectors, and you will be working closely with analysts and senior bankers to support transaction execution, financial analysis, and client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting M&A and Buy-Side transaction processes, including financial modeling and valuation analysis
Preparing presentations and market materials
Conducting industry research and due diligence
Mentoring analysts and collaborating with team members
Engaging with current and potential clients
Qualifications:
2-4 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA with at least 1 year at the associate level
Strong M&A experience; industrials or services sector experience a plus (They will also look at Consumer, Tech, and Healthcare Services M&A backgrounds) within Investment Banking or Private Equity
Salary : $185,000 - $200,000
