Salary: Up to $110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Modeling:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly board materials to senior leadership.
- Manage and ensure compliance with bank reporting requirements.
Investment Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of aircraft acquisitions, project contract bids, and M&A opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to support high-stakes investment decisions.
Operational & Business Support:
- Support procurement processes and resource planning to drive efficiency.
- Evaluate and optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Assist with government contracting, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
- Oversee real estate leasing and project sales to enhance financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
