The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for generating new client accounts, managing sales pipelines, and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing agency sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in target markets.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients to assess their staffing needs and position as a valuable partner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business leads through cold calls, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring the delivery of effective staffing solutions to clients.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with new clients, acting as their primary point of contact for staffing needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide solutions that align with their goals and expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and strategic advice to clients to ensure the success of staffing placements and maintain client satisfaction.
- Ensure the successful onboarding of clients and follow-up on their satisfaction with service delivery.
- Ensure that client needs are met and the recruitment process aligns with expectations.
- Communicate effectively with recruiters to ensure the smooth and efficient placement of candidates, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the recruitment team on client needs, talent availability, and market trends to improve the recruitment process.
- Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
- Regularly update management on sales performance, goals, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- 1.5 years of experience in a sales role within the staffing agency or recruitment industry.
- Proven success in acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, recruitment processes, and client needs in a variety of sectors.
- Experience in business development and working with senior leadership to close deals.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to comfortably sell staffing solutions to new clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to build rapport with new clients quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-volume sales environment within a staffing agency.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Bullhorn) and sales tracking tools.
