As a Tunnel Car Wash Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while leading operations at one of our state-of-the-art facilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily car wash activities, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform regular maintenance and coordinate repairs to achieve 99% uptime for our advanced car wash systems.
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, and inspire a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive Membership Sales: Develop strategies to exceed sales targets for car wash memberships and other services.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Address guest concerns promptly to maintain a loyal customer base.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor revenue, control expenses, and optimize profit margins.
- Leverage Technology: Train the team on point-of-sale systems and operational software to streamline processes.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or related operations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or car wash equipment is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
