Cleaner/Janitor

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor to join our team.

Job is twice a week and you may have to go to different locations to clean their office

Duties

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks across various facilities, including commercial and residential spaces.
• Maintain floors through regular cleaning, buffing, and care to ensure they are in excellent condition.
• Conduct routine custodial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Provide porter services as required, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
• Experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
