Description:
Under the direction of the Clyde Rec Center Manager, provides basic service to patrons at the Clyde Recreation Center. (grade 2)
Duties:
Receives patrons at the front desk, collects fee's, and answers and directs phone calls to the CRC.
May check patrons in at the Front Desk, make Center passes.
Observe and monitors patron activities in the front areas.
May be responsible for cleaning exercise equipment and helping with fitness related questions.
Clean, organize, sanitize, front desk and surrounding areas.
Use PA and pager systems to contact patrons.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have good customer service skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be courteous and professional and be able to greet the public with the same courtesy. Must be able to operate a computer, perform basic software functions and enter data accurately. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time, also able to lift up to 35 pounds.
