SaaS Sales Representative - Intelligent Information Management

Square 9 Softworks is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Representative to join our National Sales team and sell our cutting-edge SaaS-based Intelligent Information Management (IIM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing sales through a combination of inbound and outbound lead generation. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met through proper solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Prospecting:
    Identify and qualify new business opportunities by working both inbound lead and by researching potential clients, leveraging sales databases, and networking with key decision-makers

  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by efficiently tracking and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.

  • Solution Selling:
    Present and demonstrate the value of SaaS IIM products to potential customers by understanding their business needs and showing how our solutions can enhance their information management processes.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT managers, and department heads.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Work with marketing and product development teams to deliver customized pitches that address the pain points of potential customers.

  • Negotiation & Closing:
    Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that drive both revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Market & Product Knowledge:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and the evolving landscape of SaaS and Intelligent Information Management to better educate and inform prospects.

  • Reporting & Metrics:
    Regularly report on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback, ensuring transparency and accountability within the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in information management or a related field.
    • A general understanding of business accounting processes is beneficial
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of SaaS-based Intelligent Information Management platforms or similar enterprise software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
    • Strong negotiation, closing, and customer engagement skills.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
