ASG Information Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! This position is open to experienced sales professionals with comprehensive training being provided. 


What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Organizational Skills: You should be adept at managing a database of contacts and keeping track of detailed information. Training on our database system will be provided.
  • Personable and Confident: You should make people feel welcomed upon first interaction, have the confidence to initiate phone conversations with new contacts, and possess a persistent nature to ensure successful communication.
  • Resourcefulness: Being skilled in finding information and proficient with computers and search techniques is crucial.
  • Event Management: Experience in managing events is beneficial.
  • Positivity: With any sales job, rejection occurs more than success. The right individual will be motivated by rejection, knowing the next goal is being attained right around the corner.
  • Goal Oriented: The right individual will be hungry for success here, wanting to attain their goals. Average ISR goals are 80 dials per day, 8 conversations per day, 2-3 appointments scheduled per week.

 

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Organizing and managing the ASG Information Technologies contact database.
    • Reaching out to potential leads to schedule appointments and gather information to enrich our database.
    • Dialing 80-100 prospects daily, updating information in our databases, working with marketing to ensure collateral is being delivered, and booking appointments weekly.
    • Organizing and increasing the number of events we host, including managing booths and initiating our own events.
    • Managing certain aspects of the CEO’s calendar.
    • Booking 2-3 appointments with business owners/C-level executives per week of the right fit.


    Compensation:

    A base salary is established as typically it takes some time to ramp up an inside sales person, as they train on our systems. Once established, if booking 2-3 FTA's per week and closing several deals a year, salaries of 65k should be the low end of the scale. We do not limit commissions.
