Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a strong sales background. Experience in the hot tub industry is helpful but not required, as we offer an extensive training program. This position is based at our North Branford, CT location, and your role will be key in supporting the growth of both domestic and international dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing dealer accounts, both domestically and internationally.
- Respond to new inquiries and help establish new accounts.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential accounts using our existing database.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing accounts.
- Attend two major trade shows annually (Oct in Las Vegas and Jan in Atlantic City).
- This is an inside sales position that maintains existing accounts & develop new accounts.
- Occasional travel will be required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (phone and in-person).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education:

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Location:
- North Branford, CT (this is an in-office position, not remote).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary: $75,000
- Annual commission: $20,000 - $45,000 (paid monthly)
- Total first-year earnings (based on performance): $95,000 - $120,000
