Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Lead generation through cold calling and outreach efforts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.
- Conduct outside sales calls by preparing necessary materials and documentation for client meetings.
- Collaborate with SSN Sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales initiatives.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and hotel experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales management processes and techniques
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
- Proficiency in using Hilton and Microsoft systems and other relevant tools to manage sales activities effectively.
