What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closet Design Consultant position at St. Charles Closets, Inc?
St. Charles Closets is hiring for the position of Closet Design Consultant. This is a great position if you love to work with people, have an eye for design and like to be creative. Your duties will consist of meeting with clients, discussing their needs, taking inventory of their items and measuring the space to be organized. You will work with CAD to generate 3D designs and submit proposals to the client. It is a great job for someone within the closet, kitchen/bath and interior design fields. - Experience in design and sales preferred
- Experience in computers, CAD (or ability to learn CAD)
- Understanding of measurements and the ability to read (or learn to read) a tape measure
- Understanding of and interest in aspects of Design
- Experience using Microsoft Word and composing emails
- Enjoy working with people and being a self starter
- Neat and professional appearance
- Great attitude, team player
- Meeting deadlines and client expectations
