What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closet Designer position at St. Charles Closets, Inc?
St. Charles Closets is hiring for the position of Closet Designer. This is a great position if you love to work with people, have an eye for design and like to be creative. Your duties will consist of meeting with clients from leads we give you, discussing their needs and measuring the space to be organized. Back at the office, you will generate 3D designs and pricing to present to the client. It is a great job for someone coming from within the closet, kitchen/bath and interior design fields. - Minimum 2 years experience in closet design and sales
- Experience in computers, CAD or ability to learn CAD
- Understanding of measurements and the ability to read (or learn to read) a tape measure
- Understanding and interest in aspects of Design
- Experience using Microsoft word and composing emails
- Enjoy working with people and being a self starter
- Neat and professional appearance
- Great attitude, team player
- Meeting deadlines and client expectations
