Job Description :
St. Gabriel's Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dedicated team in Houston, Texas. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our hospice and palliative care services by building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our hospice and palliative care services.
Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.
Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community and healthcare professionals about our services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
Participate in community events and health fairs to increase awareness of our services.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and report on performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of hospice and palliative care services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and the community.
Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in marketing software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
