What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator Shallow Subsidy - SSVF position at St. Patrick Center?
The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities is hiring a coordinator for the Shallow Subsity program. Engaging with client identity community needs is a large aspect of this role. As part of the Shallow Subsidy team, the coordinator will ensure that individualized housing plans best suit the client's needs are established in a timely manner. The case manager will use best practices to assess the housing needs of veterans who are at risk of becoming or are currently unhoused and utilize a wrap-around philosophy to assist veteran families in maintaining self-sufficiency and housing stability. The core working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The starting salary for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000 a year.
