What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Specialist - Rural Counties position at St. Patrick Center?
The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring an Outreach Specialist to provide community outreach to service agencies and homeless veterans. We are looking for a dedicated individual to engage help those on their path to housing and healing. This specialist will explore and investigate areas within the regions of Warren, St.Charles, St. Francois, Franklin, Washington, Lincoln, and Jefferson counties of Missouri. As an Outreach Specialist conducting assessments and navigating social service entities will be daily tasks to ensure every individual receives the support they deserve. The core working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm. The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 a year. Please see full job description for additional details.
