What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Operations position at St. Patrick Center?
The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Senior Director of Operations. The senior director is responsible for grant revenue planning, acquisition and monitoring, program and grant compliance including program audits, program budgeting, program operational reviews including monitoring program financial and outcome performance, program data quality, analysis and reporting, Joint Commission accreditation, HIPAA compliance, and oversight of security operations. The Senior Director will manage teams/individuals responsible for grants, program compliance, and data management, as well as working closely with finance and the program senior directors and managers providing support for revenue planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance audits, and tracking of corrective action plans. This role will require close interaction with the Senior Director of Quality at Catholic Charities to ensure data, reporting, accreditation, and quality improvement objectives are being met.
