Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the front face of our company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. You will also provide essential support to our teams, assist with hiring processes, and help coordinate and manage various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, candidates, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the hiring process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant records. Support the staffing and recruitment teams with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing office supplies and ensuring a professional environment.
- Provide general support to the office team, including handling mail, managing calendars, and assisting with various projects as needed. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and coordination of efforts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating records related to staffing, client interactions, and candidate information.
- Handle any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
