Key Responsibilities:
Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
Review and manage incoming applications.
Communicate with candidates, set up interviews, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Track and manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Provide updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
