Grinder Position

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Grinder to join our team in Pryor, OK. This role involves precision work in smoothing, sharpening, polishing, and grinding metal objects to meet quality and manufacturing standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Grind, sand, clean, or polish objects or parts to correct defects or prepare surfaces for further finishing, using hand tools and power tools.
- Select and mount grinding pads on hand grinders according to specifications, utilizing knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures.
- Fill cracks and blemishes with bondo for a smooth finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and trash removal.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
