Role
We are seeking a charismatic, insightful, and resourceful person that can think quickly on their feet. You will be working alongside the Office Assistant and often directly with the CEO to help facilitate the efficient daily operations of the CEO’s home and office. He hosts many events which you will be involved with from a planning, execution and relationship perspective. Daily Responsibilities
- Assist with office and property management to ensure efficient operations.
- Support in the preparation of company events.
- Facilitate the principles daily regiment, travel prep and personal errands
- Provide support with day-to-day tasks of office and property. Including, but not limited, to :
- Ordering, tracking, and restocking office pantry / inventory
- Collect, open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Filing, typing, copying, binding, printing, and scanning documents
- Review and maintain written / computer files, plus conduct data entry
