Essential Functions

This Deputy AttorneyGeneral will advise the Delaware Public Employees’ Retirement System, the Boardof Pension Trustees, and the Office of Pensions on issues including investments,plan interpretation and administration, governance, regulatory matters, andsecurities litigation.� Travel within theState is required.��

Job Requirements

The selected candidate must have excellent writing skills, demonstrate sound judgment, and have a background or interest in finance and/or investment.� Familiarity with ERISA and fiduciary obligations is helpful but not required.��The selected candidate must be admitted to the Delaware Bar.��
