Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service desk within our grocery store. Candidate will also do daily books. This role requires a blend of exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, organizational skills, and people skills.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and develop front end staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and financial practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within customer service or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including double entry bookkeeping .
- Proficient in budgeting, accounts payable, and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships both internally and externally.
