Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support benefits administration by providing information to employees and assisting with enrollment processes.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Conduct research for data collection related to HR metrics and reporting.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation.
- Assist in managing applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Ceridian.
- Collaborate with HR team members on change management initiatives.
- Provide support for various HR projects as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR software such as Kronos, Oracle, Paychex, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in research data collection.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
