What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician/Installer (Local Candidates only) position at Stop N Go Signs, Inc.?
The Service Technician is responsible for:
- Traveling to customer sites for jobs
- Servicing and maintaining electrical and non-electrical signs, neon, LED, lighting fixtures
- Call office to check in and out of service/installation calls
- In-house wiring assembly of signs, graphics, electric and non-electric
- Maintain work vehicles
- Maintain service logs
- Take before and after photos of each job and email to office
- Possess valid driver's license
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Class B CDL license (not required)
- Must be willing to submit to random drug testing
- Work at elevated heights both from Ladders and vehicle lifts / cranes
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and vehicles
- Customer Interaction with excellent communication skills
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Answering telephone
- Emails
- Various other tasks as assigned
