What You'll Do
- Assist in implementing systems and operational processes for Stord's business units under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support Systems Integrations (SIT( and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upcoming projects.
- Participate in deploying technical and functional processes, including design, SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT, and Go-live activities.
- Implementing Stord’s WMS (Warehouse Management System) within 1P facilities.
- Contribute to creating efficient physical and system processes to support operations within fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support successful launches and ongoing needs.
- Help develop clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational handoffs.
- A strong interest in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes (through coursework, internships, or personal projects).
- Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
