Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of utility-scale energy projects, from early-stage planning through execution.
• Conduct market and financial analyses, evaluate project feasibility, and prepare budgets and cash flow estimates.
• Represent the company in interactions with regulatory bodies, government officials, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee siting, permitting, and interconnection processes for new projects.
• Negotiate key commercial agreements such as real estate, power sales, and interconnection contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project development for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and hitting key milestones.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of renewable and nonrenewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage.
• Expertise in commercial negotiations and regulatory engagement.
