The Developer Link has partnered with an NYC based Healthcare startup that is searching for a Founding Engineer to join the team.

The set up :

  • Onsite ideally 4-5 days a week
  • Netflix-like culture - high autonomy, context over control
  • Current Company size of 10
  • Current Eng team size of 4
  • 140-220k base depending on experience
  • Up to 1% equity
    • The tech stack :
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Postgres

The person :

  • Truly Full Stack
  • High agency
  • Ability to run their own projects from start to finish
  • Love to experiment with new tech
  • Experience working in and understanding of the demands of a high growth, VC backed startup (ideally Seed / Series A)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit ( they love Ex VC backed Founders or people that might want to be one one day!)
