What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator, 3rd Shift Fulfillment position at Stow?
Primary Purpose of Position:
The Department Coordinator will be responsible for the carrying out and completion of the manufacturing schedule as directed by the Supervisor. This position will work closely with the coordinators from other departments, safety, quality, customer service, purchasing, and the shipping team to ensure the production of high-quality products and on time shipments. During the Supervisor’s absence, the Coordinator will direct the department to ensure our customer orders and Stow standards for service and delivery are met.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Monitor production to assure schedule attainment
- First contact for team members and other coordinators and facilitators for part shortages, inventory inaccuracies, hot parts and recuts, etc.
- Communicates with other departments; link with shipping for parts needing to be expedited.
- Supports efficiency, work standards, processes and procedures
- Supports initiatives of Stow production system
- Communicates with Scheduler/Planner to ensure all necessary paperwork involved with production arrives on the floor and in a timely manner.
- Complete all required scheduling documents and inventory reports.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Lives Company values on a daily basis.

The Stow Company may temporarily assign any team member with duties outside of their normal responsibilities. Such assignments may be warranted due to a variety of specific requirements, conditions and/or the capabilities of available personnel. Management will determine the nature and duration of those assignments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- 1-5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing procedures of a high-volume production operation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Lift, push and pull product weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
- Walk, stand and operate machines for 8 to 12 hours a day.
- May require kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching and stretching as well as handling boards of varying sizes.
- Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Ability to tolerate an environment where sawdust particles are present.
- Able to communicate in an environment with a medium to high level of ambient noise.
- Sitting at workstation approximately 10% percent of work time
- Standing and walking approximately 90% percent of work time
- Must be able to travel between plant and office locations
- Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice

Position Schedule: 10:30pm-6:30am, Sunday - Thursday
