• Location: 5 days on site/week in Scottsdale, AZ 85256
• Number and type of interviews: 2 interviews

Job Description
We re looking for someone with an IT networking technical & construction background to help us 1.) review construction plans, perform construction site inspections, 2.) assist the General Contractor (GC) and the Construction Project Manager with questions, 3.) RFIs, review submittals, ensure as-builts are accurate, etc

Also will need to oversee Owner Furnished Contractor (GC) Installed (OFCI) equipment such as developing rack face drawings/floorplans and labeling equipment for installation. Patching ports for activation and assisting with the physical move into the facility. Coordination of the install for Owner Furnished Owner Installed (OFOI) equipment will be necessary too.

We have the following projects already in process and need help with them.

1. New Fire Department HQ.
2. New Healthcare centric 4 building campus
3. New two-building Fire Department campus (not near #1 above)
4. New Office Space
5. Tennant Improvement/office reconfigurations
