SCOPE OF WORK
The Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site requires general support services for the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP). WTP requires one full-time equivalent (FTE) general support contractor (1920 labor hours) to provide support in the following areas:
DOE requires Senior Leadership expertise in design, procurement, factory acceptance testing, construction, startup, commissioning activities, and operations on a first-of-a kind and technically challenging multi-billion-dollar nuclear project. Focused areas:
o Experienced as a Senior Project Manager resolving complex problems and issues.
o Developed and provided senior Level oversight of a complex system testing program.
o Experienced in multi-discipline integrated technical leadership at a senior level.
Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The Contractor shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner. The Contractor employee shall submit a weekly report to the technical monitor addressing work accomplished, and deliverable progress.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Contractor personnel shall possess the following minimum qualifications:
o Education – BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other technical degree.
o Experience –Ten years’ experience as a Federal Director, Federal Project Director/Manager, Federal Executive, or commensurate level private sector senior leadership role.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
· Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a collaborative Federal-Contractor partnership approach in a multi-billion-dollar project environment.
· Demonstrated ability to independently develop written documents and presentations suitable for use with senior Federal executives and political appointees, Congress, and external Stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to rapidly construct solutions for complex, high impact challenges in an environment with competing funding, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent communication responsiveness and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Weekly status report emailed to the technical monitor at the end of each week.
· Non-Disclosure/Conflict of Interest form signed by both the general support contractor and authorized contractor representative must be submitted to procurement before any work/support can start.
· Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.
· Compliance with site specific safety and security requirements, including badging and office protocols.

LOCATION
Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office and the Hanford Site in Richland, WA. This position may be telework eligible at the discretion of the Technical Monitor (TM) in consultation with the Contracting Officer (CO). If this position is identified as telework eligible, there will be a 30-day waiting period in which 100% in-office support will be expected. The CO may waive the 30-day waiting period requirement if the TM agrees. If in-person support is identified as required for any reason and for any length of time by the TM or CO, the contractor shall report for duty in-person as requested.
SALARY
Rates are based on W2 with benefits. 1099 candidates will be considered also.
Salary : $80 - $110
