Role Descriptions:
- Snow Removal Crew Member:
- Use company-owned equipment (snow blowers, shovels, plow trucks, tractors) to clear snow and ice.
- Spread salt using company-owned equipment (salt trucks, walk-behind spreaders).
- Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Complete required paperwork and/or data entry daily.
- Receive company-provided training and work as a W2 employee.
- Snow Removal Subcontractor:
- Use your own truck and snow removal equipment (plows, sidewalk snow removal tools).
- Perform snow removal for parking lots and sidewalks.
- Spread salt on sidewalks with your equipment or by hand with salt provided by us (we handle salting for parking lots).
- Inspect work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Complete required paperwork and/or data entry daily.
- Receive hourly pay and work as a 1099 contractor.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to be on call for winter storms, including late nights and early mornings
- Experience with operating required equipment and tools
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Capability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, wind) and perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs

- Snow Removal Crew Member: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Snow Removal Subcontractor: $95.00 - $110.00 per hour (higher pay for owning your own equipment)
