Customer Service Representative/ Receptionist:
As one of the largest vape distributors on the east coast, we not only maintain the top juices and hardware on the market, but we also continually strive for top notch Customer Service. Formed in 2013 and based in Savannah, GA, we pride ourselves on being a small, tight-knit company with room to add more.
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in order to accelerate our growth in the industry. Knowledge of the Vape, Delta products, and CBD industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen command of negotiation strategies are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is personable, detail-oriented and is committed to providing excellent support for business owners.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product information.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Support marketing initiatives by contributing ideas related to fashion styling and garment construction.
- Utilize graphic design skills to assist in creating promotional materials as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Receptionist duties not limited to: Answering phones calls, routing phone calls, greeting incoming vendors, maintaining sign in log , maintaining the apperance of the meeting area, etc.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with sewing machines and garment construction is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CAD is highly desirable.
- A background in fashion retail or theater can enhance your ability to connect with our clientele.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
