We have an opening for a Licensed Customer Service Representative with an established Property & Casualty insurance agency in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
We are looking for a career-minded employee who is interested in pursuing a career in the insurance industry! Previous customer service experience is required. Working with Vertafore management system and the PL rater is desired, but not required. The role will concentrate on personal lines customer service work with an opportunity for increased duties and responsibilities. Duties include extensive phone/service work including quoting, processing changes, taking payments and troubleshooting customer questions. Candidates must work well with others in a small office environment with a Monday through Friday schedule.

We are seeking professional candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, organize workflow and work effectively under pressure while being customer friendly.
A two-year degree at the technical college (i.e. marketing/sales/admin) is preferred, but not required. Prior customer service or insurance industry experience however is required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft office, possess a desire to work hard, problem solve, have good social skills and be willing to get licensed.
