Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual with experience in appliance installation to drive our box truck and assist with the delivery and installation of various home appliances. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a box truck to deliver appliances to customer locations.
- Install a variety of home appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Ensure all appliances are installed correctly and functioning properly before leaving the site.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations and address any customer questions or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while driving and working on-site.
- Assist with loading and unloading appliances from the truck.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appliance installation is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
