Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer questions about products, services, and promotions, providing accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
