As a Recruiter at StyleCraft you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with the company's needs. You will be a vital partner in helping us find exceptional talent to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Proactively identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Reviews resumes for qualified candidates and makes recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Conduct zoom and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers
  • Work closely with hiring managers daily to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on job descriptions, compensation, and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure the interview process is followed for a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Candidate Management
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide candidates with information about the company culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and background checks.
• Recruitment Strategy
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.
  • Actively recruits through ongoing contact, targeted head hunting, job fairs, and industry events.
• Onboarding and Employer Branding
  • Assists new hires through the onboarding process.
  • Assists and is the back up for New Hire Orientation, creating new hire packages and updating presentations.
  • Help strengthen the company's employer brand through job fairs, online presence, and engagement with external partners.
  • Promote StyleCraft as an employer of choice through positive candidate experiences and messaging.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role. 3 years minimum required.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with various recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, etc.) as well as MS Office suite, Adobe, Canva etc.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
