Our heating and air conditioning contracting firm is in immediate need of a qualified administrator with customer service and clerical experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer phones, provide customers with friendly service
- Dispatch/scheduling – assist with overflow technicians and customers
- Update, maintain customer equipment files
- Weekend on-call rotation
- Maintain vendor files
- Maintain relationships with customer base including key accounts ensuring satisfaction with service.
