- Must have minimum of 2 years of Culinary Management experience in a fast paced/high volume establishment
- Strong knowledge and attention to detail on back of house operations including: Ordering, staff supervision, inventory controls and food/labor cost, and product quality
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution
- Complete knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong overall knowledge of menu preparation and presentation
