Agent Services Concierge

- Preferred 3 years in customer service roles, real estate experience not required.
About the Job:
This position is multi-faceted. The Agent Concierge reports to the Director of Agent Relations, works side-by-side with the managing broker to manage the office space, and collaborates with every internal department (accounting, transaction management, marketing, and creative services) to support our roster of high-performing real estate agents. Examples of Agent Concierges duties include:
- Assisting the Director of Agent Relations with agent onboarding, offboarding, trainings, and company initiatives
- Providing group or 1-on-1 training on new technologies and processes
- Managing all market referrals
- Scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating office events and parties
- Collaborating with the other Concierges and internal departments to support and serve the agents
- Administrative/office manager duties like stocking and ordering office supplies, sorting office mail, taking company calls during the designated phone shift, and greeting agents, clients, or staff who enter the office.
We are hiring for the Greater Salt Lake City area. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a pay range based on experience and qualifications.
