Summit Technology Affiliates, LLC. (STA)has an immediate opening for aField Service Technicianfor ourSpringfield, Missouribranch (Springfield Mailing and Shipping Systems) to support our growing customer base. In this position, your primary responsibility will be the installation, training, support and repair of office equipment, production equipment, printers, mailing machines, inserters and other documents handling hardware and software at our customers locations.

Summit is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated professionals who possess the following essential qualifications:
- A.S. in a technical related area or equivalent experience preferred.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment, Copiers or printers utilizing technical manuals, diagrams, schematics and use of conventional tools, diagnostics and test equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a field service, or technical support environment, preferably with experience with Copiers or printers or other production document handling machines.
- Experience in office equipment, mailing machines, copier, logistics applications, and/or document handling industries is desirable.
- Knowledge ofCanon,ToshibaorRicohMFP/copiers, PC hardware, on premise and cloud-based software systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- A Certification is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
