Position: Front Desk/Admin
Supervisor: Campus Manager
Location: Bend
Job Summary: The Front Desk/Admin is responsible for answering phone calls in a professional manner, directing calls to the appropriate individual, and providing excellent customer service, support, and assistance to our students. This position requires the ability to multi- task in a very busy phone and in-person environment. The Front Desk/Receptionist is detail-oriented and meets deadlines set for assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an upbeat and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person or over the telephone
- Provide prompt and accurate follow through on all student inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Support lab assistant and Campus manager with ordering, inventory and day to day tasks when necessary
- Prepare and set up for new term orientations
- Forward calls to the appropriate departments
- Greet all visitors and notify appropriate departments when students arrive
- Prepare materials and set up for on-campus information sessions
- Verify all student documentation is collected, scanned, and filed
- Assist faculty with questions and provide support
- Clean and organize reception and other common areas
- Straighten classroom chairs and tables, labs and break areas
- Order office supplies as needed
- Clean student areas when needed
- Ensure library books are neat and orderly
- Ensure current academic calendar, student handbook, and info packets are available for students
- Prepare and maintain TEAS testing areas, assist with scheduling when necessary
- Complete additional job responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
