A Dealership is currently seeking an Outside Parts Sales Professional who will be responsible for the management of current accounts and the acquisition of new customers with an emphasis on strong negotiation skills, efficient closure rates, and excellent customer service.

Required Education, Licenses, and Skills:
- 3-5 Years Parts Sales Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient Computer Skills; including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service and customer retention skills
- Knowledge of CRM desirable, but not a requirement.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospective clients, set appointments, make effective sales calls (via cold-calling and customer visits), and manage sales cycle to close new business.
- Facilitate parts sales within defined sales guidelines.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implantation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships while planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
- Utilize company vehicle and property within policy standards.
